November 20, 2016
Croton Fire, Croton EMS. Ossining Paramedics and local police agencies were called to the area of Route 129 and East Mount Airy Road Sunday evening for a rollover motor-vehicle accident with multiple injuries. On the assignment from the CFD were Engines 118, 119 & 120 along with Cars 2081 & 2082.
Car 2082 was first to arrive, confirming one vehicle on it's roof and all occupants were out of it. E118 (Chemical) was first arriving and their crew checked the vehicle for any fire, fluids spilling and any other occupants. E119 (Washington) was next on scene and assisted with lighting and traffic control. Command returned E120 to cover the district in the event of any additional alarms.
Croton EMS transported the injured - all of which appeared to only have minor injuries - to Westchester Medical Center via their Ambulances 55B1 and 55B2.
CFD units remained on scene for about one hour, turning it over to New York State and Westchester County Police units.
